The purpose of this rewarding volunteering role is to provide administration assistance to the team.
Duties include:
• Answering telephone enquiries
• Use of ResDiary online booking system for the Mill Café
• Printing function sheets, menus and other necessary paperwork
• Typing rotas
• Some cash handling / taking telephone card payments
• Inputting data
• Ad hoc miscellaneous administration tasks

Our welcoming Café Assistants support the catering staff in the day-to-day running of our busy public café – taking orders, making drinks, serving customers, and carrying out cleaning duties in the café and kitchen.
