Featuring Brendan Anderton’s Roast Fylde Turkey, accompanied by Roasted Potatoes, Carrot Puree, Roasted Parsnips, Brussel Sprouts with Smoked Bacon, Stuffing, Pigs in Blankets, Yorkshire Pudding and our famous Red Wine Jus.
